Is parking available?

All of our campuses have public parking nearby, so you're welcome to drive your child to camp.

How many children are in each group?

Groups are small — around 7 children per adult. For our youngest campers (3–4 years), we add an extra adult to give them all the support they need.

How are children grouped by age?

Children are placed in groups of roughly the same age so activities are pitched at just the right level.

Can I stay at camp with my child?

To help children settle in quickly, parents don't stay during camp — we've found kids engage best on their own. You'll receive a daily photo and video update so you can see exactly what your child got up to, and we're always happy to answer any questions.

What if my child still naps after lunch?

You can book a half-day and collect your child any time between 12 noon and 2 pm.

Are halal or vegetarian options available?

Yes — all of our dishes are halal, and vegetarian options are always available.

Question 7

What about allergies or special dietary needs?

You have two options: send your child with their own food, or let us know in advance and we'll arrange suitable meals. We've happily catered for allergies, gluten intolerance, diabetes and more. Please always tell us in advance about any severe allergies so we can keep your child safe.

How experienced are your teachers?

We have two types of teachers: educational assistants, who care for and support each group throughout the day, and specialist teachers, who bring expert knowledge to the shows and workshops. All are well trained, most have school teaching experience, and many have been running camps with us for years. All of our teachers are native English speakers, from a range of nationalities.

How safe are your camps?

Safety is our top priority. Every activity goes through a thorough risk assessment, all teachers receive additional safety training, and each campus has a dedicated health-and-safety lead. Every location is covered by CCTV, and our teachers are first-aid certified.

Question 10

What if my child misses a day due to illness?

Accepted Answer

You can move missed days to a future programme — and even transfer them to another child. We don't offer cash refunds, but you'll receive camp credits to use on any future camp or birthday event.

Question 11

What happens if there's a public holiday during the camp?

Accepted Answer

Camps run as normal on public holidays, but you're welcome to skip that day and pay a pro-rated price.

Question 12

I'm not sure my child will enjoy it — what can I do?

Accepted Answer

Try a single day first. If it's not the right fit, you'll only be charged for that one day. After that, credits (not cash refunds) apply.

Question 13

Does my child get a memento?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every child takes home a t-shirt, a certificate and a science magazine in our branded bag at the end of each week.
